I’m 21, part owner of a construction corporation (new smaller business), running the electrical side myself. Goal was to use my career to transition to eventual financial freedom through real estate investing. I turned 22, got paralyzed from the neck down. Now 23 and walking again, but the company I was a part of imploded while I was away and I can’t go back into that very physical field or maintain normal job hours and struggle to even feed me and my wife. How do I even get into RE now?

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin. Our appraisal came through exactly as the offer price we put. Apparently by lenders 3rd party. Isnt that a bit fishy? If it came in lower our contract has the option to negotiate a bit with seller. NJ market - Cousin of mine who has >500 rental properties advised that over next 3 yrs it’s possible for me to get 3 multi-fams if I buy 1 every year for next 3 years, by doing FHA on the first so 3.5% down and then doing less than 10% down on the next 2 if I do it right. Everywhere I read not seeing how that’s possible. can anyone explain pls? Is there a hack that after getting the 1st owner-occupied prop, I don’t have to put more than 10% down on 2nd home, and on 3rd??
