I’m 24 years old making $140k a year with potential to make $170k-180k by June/July 2022. I am somewhat into the work I do (Big4 M&A tax) but I have a strong urge to quit and either start my own business, or look for other higher-paying work, although not sure I have many options. I feel like the longer I stay on this team, the more difficult it will be to move, yet i continue to seek out higher paying alternatives. Should I force myself to be content with my situation?
