I'm a class a driver who has tanker and hasmat. I've been doing emergency response for chemical spills and disaster relief for a little over a year. And alot of rail road contractor work. I dont want to work over 60,70 hrs,I feel over qualified for everything but I get well underpaid. I'll be lucky if I make 60k this year. I don't know about yall, but I'm tired and just want to give up. I don't feel like trying anymore but I have a reposibility to my kids. I'm stuck and I don't know what to do.

It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
