Sounds like you have what you wanted, SC title with way higher pay. Why don't you like fully remote? Pass it to me if you don't want it LOL
I’m just an extrovert. And enjoy an option to go into an office lol. Don’t need it everyday.
Run. Jog. Walk. Crawl. to this opportunity.
Spend $500/week at happy hours or gym for the social needs. You'll be wealthier. More fit. And more diversified.
Go.

Take it and seek your connection outlet with friends and family.
There is risk with a small boutique firm: they may hire more people due to their success or, do layoffs because they grew too quick or, merge with a bigger firm and still do layoffs because there is a cap requirement in the merger agreement.
Slalom is a bigger firm with more stability
If it were me, these are my options
1- Take the offer, but still keep my network open with Slalom. So that I can eventually boomerang back (or apply to an even bigger company) with a higher position & higher pay that matches/exceeds the boutique firm.
2- Stay in Slalom, and keep applying to bigger firms
Agree with comments above.
If you’re moving from a large firm to a smaller one, don’t just end up only adding value, upskilling others by teaching big firm ways of working. Make sure there’s enough for you to learn too.
Experience is valued—but growth matters just as much.
When you say botique, hope it really is botique not just a smaller firm calling itself botique.

The role is pretty much the same as I’m doing now. I’m trying to get promoted right now too but even with a raise the offer would still be significantly higher.
