I’m a Consultant at Slalom and have a SC job offer at a much smaller boutique firm that’s 50K more. So title change and pay bump. But it’s fully remote and I’m not sure I’m ready to be fully remote. Should I try to counter? Or take that offer?

Have your nonprofits announced a return back to the office from WFH? My org is scheduled to return after labor day.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners.
