I'm a consultant in the digital marketing industry with 5 years of experience. I moved from Deloitte Digital and hired as a Senior Manager by Jellyfish and promoted after just 9 months as a Director. I'm responsible for a region and full of growth opportunities. However, I'm not satisfied enough. I love this company but I'd like to explore more outside other markets, moving from here and go to Australia, US, in general outside the Europe. Should I be more patiente or move again?

Question on changing roles: a friend of mine did not pass the final round at BCG for an associate position, due to not having as much relevant experience as the other candidates. However, they are interested in him and will likely offer him a research position. Does anybody know whether it is likely that you can switch from a research role to a consulting role? Got a BS in Advertising in 2018 and have good knowledge of Adobe (photoshop, indesign, illustrator).
