I'm a consultant in the digital marketing industry with 5 years of experience. I moved from Deloitte Digital and hired as a Senior Manager by Jellyfish and promoted after just 9 months as a Director. I'm responsible for a region and full of growth opportunities. However, I'm not satisfied enough. I love this company but I'd like to explore more outside other markets, moving from here and go to Australia, US, in general outside the Europe. Should I be more patiente or move again?

I’m having trouble figuring out how I transition into this industry. Can someone share possible pathways? What salary can a second or third year transitioning to in house expect? Paralegal level 11 w/ 14 yrs exp at
$100k base + up to 8% bonus to my
current role as compliance manager
level 9 at $123k base + up to 35%
bonus. I was above cap in my prior
role and now my range is up to $138k
base. I'm being recruited to my old
team as a level 10
Manager with
same base/bonus as now but since it's
a lower level I will cap out within a
year. I always found the legal work
more interesting but limited in career
growth. Not sure what to do.

Advice when looking for Tech Consulting internships in Chicago or DC Metro? My GPA (3.04) has disqualified me from most major companies. I've opted to focus my efforts into my student organizations and helping others reach their goals, in doing this I compromised for a B average. 2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house?
