Im a IT manager in a pharmaceutical company. In summary I’m the Salesforce technical product manager for our internal client. Which specializations, MBA or courses would make me more relevant to the tech industry, considering I’m not the actual developer (although I work with Salesforce for 8 years and I manage a team of outsourced consultants that do the technical development)?

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.
