*#AThousandThankYous to the front line workers*
Our nation saw a disheartening surge in covid cases. Amidst these tough and painful times, the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff continue to work day in and day out for our safety, our lives.
Calling you to join hands, as we raise funds to show them a token of gratitude with a small care package.
A ray of light to those who deserve #AThousandThankYous 🙏🏻

While I agree bias does exist and could harm you in this particular scenario, it is illegal to ask this particular question related to age and gender.
So you don’t need to prepare this question IMHO. Instead try your best to demonstrate your advantages.
Ask in a women’s specific group you’ll get better responses
Same age, gender, and situation as you - now a couple years post-offer (I am the youngest by over a decade and only female exec in the company). I had the same concerns at the time, but ultimately, your qualifications and competence speaks for itself. For an internal promotion, the best thing IMO is to get other people saying good things about you to relevant people well in advance. Now is the time to assemble your advocates. Prepare to sell yourself during the interview but it’s even better if you are spoken for outside of the interview already.
During the interview, even if they can’t ask you the question directly, it will most certainly be expected of you to address it indirectly. Without referring to age, mention that despite the fewer years of experience (assumed by your age) compared to similar candidates, you have the qualifications to succeed in the role. I can’t give more specific advice without knowing what role you’re applying for, but definitely prepare a presentation (whether formal or verbal) with data backed achievements. Also be prepared for some behavioral questions related to being in a management role.
Good luck!
I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for that to be an interview question
