Im an architecture student with a minor in real estate, and im aware there’s more money in real estate than arch, or at least that’s what I’ve heard. What would be my next step in order to get more involved in the real estate world after I finish my degree? What exams do I have to take?

I got an offer from PwC. The joining date that I had agreed from my side was 2 June. But I don't know that even in probation the NP is 90 days (it was mentioned in the release doc as 1 month but I didn't take that screenshot as proof). I told the whole issue to my recruiter and she sent a confirmation mail stating that she will revise my joining date by 90 days without issue. Is there any chance they can revoke the offer? I have put down my papers already.

Has anyone ever heard of this type of real estate private equity fund structure:

-One LLC, so only one PPM
-Multiple investors that can be onboarded anytime
-Multiple investments that investors can determine whether or not they want to invest in
-One K-1 per investor based on their investments and income
-Ability for the Sponsor/Fund to invest directly, indirectly and in equity, debt, Pref, etc.

Anyone live with a general plat exception rather than insisting upon the title company specifying the matters on plat which constitute exceptions? This deal is in Source Carolina, but I don’t think the title company is pushing back because of any state law issue. I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Pro se plaintiff, an attorney, filed a complaint alleging mold defects after closing on a property. Client, layperson, may have agreed orally to a settlement amount without proof of damages prior to filing appearance and obtaining an attorney. Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?

When settling with a title company plaintiff on a subrogation claim, have any foreclosure defense counsel received settlements over and above policy limits? What is your typical settlement range? How has settling on your subrogation claim negatively affected your counterclaims against the mortgage lender if at all?

If a lien was placed in one persons name on a property held in joint tenancy with survivorship and the party who’s name was on the lien (one of the joint tenants) dies what is the status of the lien?
