Im an architecture student with a minor in real estate, and im aware there’s more money in real estate than arch, or at least that’s what I’ve heard. What would be my next step in order to get more involved in the real estate world after I finish my degree? What exams do I have to take?

What part of “real estate” do you want to get into? You could go become a real estate agent. You could work into a finance side of it. Or law, obviously. Candidly with an architect degree you could try to apply function to form and expand into land use planning, development, or historic preservation. Explore Twitter - there’s several architect types who discuss things like apartment floor plan optimizations, stuff like that

Get a commercial real estate internship from one of the brokerages such as newmark. GL

like

Take a look at select leaders. It’s a commercial real estate job site. See what positions are out there to learn more about what jobs are available. Brokerage work may require a license - I would suggest getting one anyways.

Your state RE license is not intended to reach out how to get clients or really practice real estate, it’s a license covering basic RE law so you’re not a liability with clients. Having it on your resume is good.

Hi Fishes,

I got an offer from PwC. The joining date that I had agreed from my side was 2 June. But I don't know that even in probation the NP is 90 days (it was mentioned in the release doc as 1 month but I didn't take that screenshot as proof). I told the whole issue to my recruiter and she sent a confirmation mail stating that she will revise my joining date by 90 days without issue. Is there any chance they can revoke the offer? I have put down my papers already.
