What part of “real estate” do you want to get into? You could go become a real estate agent. You could work into a finance side of it. Or law, obviously. Candidly with an architect degree you could try to apply function to form and expand into land use planning, development, or historic preservation. Explore Twitter - there’s several architect types who discuss things like apartment floor plan optimizations, stuff like that
Get a commercial real estate internship from one of the brokerages such as newmark. GL
Take a look at select leaders. It’s a commercial real estate job site. See what positions are out there to learn more about what jobs are available. Brokerage work may require a license - I would suggest getting one anyways.
Your state RE license is not intended to reach out how to get clients or really practice real estate, it’s a license covering basic RE law so you’re not a liability with clients. Having it on your resume is good.
