Hi how is HSBC client in LTI ?
I was assigned to a project which has application support and maintainance in Ionic. I am from Native android background having 4 years of experience. Does ionic has demand in industry ? I am a little skeptical about this. Please if anyone could throw some light on it.

Tell her you are the shark hunter and leave the room.

First thing... document your communications w/ her (always do this anyway) to cover your ass (CYA). Second, hold your head up and don't let her intimidate you. Copy your Sr or mgr on key emails and only communicate w/ her as needed.
Use me as a proving ground for her on the engagement?
Don't. Don't try to impress her or even give her the time of day by showing that she's in your head. Just focus on your work and make sure to do it as easily defensible as possible. She'll grow to respect you. Also, always have a running list of work on your plate at the ready
Bang her
I did that once when I was an M. . It was tough but I survived. . Good advice above on documenting your communication and keeping your leadership in the loop. Also keep in mind that you're working at a big 4 firm, a position that lots of people aspire to but few achieve. Perhaps she is one of those independent contractors who does what she does because she couldn't make it in the big leagues. Not always the case, but I've seen that.
In any case, get to know her and find out how she defines success and figure out how to align with her. If you can't, or she tries to take credit for your work or exhibits other bad behavior, just take the high road and it will be fine.
