I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Not worth the travel grind if you’re not being promoted
OP if you’ve been passed for promotion 3x I would exit ASAP
I'm at the top of my pay band as a senior in one of the highest cost of living cities in the US. This role is in a state with no income tax and overall very low COL. Based on some simple COL calculators it's about a 55% raise.
you go for the title and experience or stick it out? I've been passed for promotion 2x.
I would quit. Especially if the role is aligned with my background and no travel involved .
SA = senior associate? That's equivalent to VP/Director in industry?
You should go since you're not on a good trajectory.
@AC1: No, this role would be a big step-up for me, not equivalent.
How in the world is the pay the same? Either we are not getting the full story or they lowballing the sh*t out of you..
Wtf you leaving sf or NYC to .....
Yeah, no they still underpaying you for the role based on everything you said..
