Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
A BCG recruiter ghosted me after she reached out to schedule an interview. How long should I wait before following up? What is the common courtesy to give to ppl at BCG. I don’t wanna come off as too aggressive but I really need to get this interview set as there are other pending confirmations Boston Consulting Group

You need to be at an agency that’s doing great work. Sometimes you have to hustle to get on the right account or project. But you need to be at the right agency.
I worked at big name agencies and no name 5 person coworking space places and I’ve always followed the creative work. The portfolio matters much more than the name.
I’m at the small agency. I think it’s probably a grass is greener thing, however I’ve been able to lead and own more work than I would at my level in a big agency.
I am finding myself without proper mentorship and itching to work on big clients, so I’m going to a big agency.
Good perspective from the other side, thank you!
