I’m at my 3.5 years H1B. Now a good opportunity comes up and I still haven’t got my i140 (far from it). Taking the offer would mean that it’ll be super risky for GC as the new company starts the GC process no earlier than 6 months mark possibly 1 year. But if I stay, that means I’m stuck with EY for another 2 years at least. Is it worth it to take the risk? Ultimately, is the career development more important or the GC?

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!
