I'm considering building a house that will take 10 months for completion. What happens if I switch jobs during the build to an equally or better paying job? Do I have to work there for a certain number of months for it to not negatively affect my mortgage application once the build is complete?

I don’t get it: Why would anyone invest, for example, in a 6% dividend yield etf with a 0.50% ER (ie EMHY) instead of a 9% dividend yield etf with a 2.5 ER (ie YYY)? Wouldn’t you still be getting better results with the expensive one?

Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

I am filling itr for the first time so I'm a bit worried, as I bought some coins in exchange transferred to metamask, then swaped coins, the later transferred the coins back to exchange. Now I don't have the metamask address, so i dont know the transaction i did.

While filling itr do I have to disclose each trade or just the net profit?

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.
