I've got a job offer from Deloitte Latvia ( Deloitte Central Europe) for the Riga City. The gross compensation is 3000€/monthly along with one time 2500€ as a relocation allowance with other benefits like 45€/month as Telephone reimbursement etc & other usual Deloitte benefits. Currently I've a ctc of 11 LPA at EY & 3.5 YOE. Is it worth accepting the offer after all calculations. #Deloitte #Europe #Latvia . Deloitte EY . Kindly provide some insights if u have any .

Why were you trying to leave ? Was it because of the pay ? WLB ? That might help determine if you should take it or leave . I have seen people get offers and go back to their firm to get a match or the firm telling them tell will match it / change their position or ink e some more incentive.
Is it an instance of them under paying you by huge difference with position change . Might be a red flag to leave , because why wait till now to increase.
I would use the counteroffer as leverage to get an even better offer from the new company to get you to leave. You wanted to leave for more than money (I assume) and those reasons won't change if you get paid more. As nice as it is to get a counteroffer, I wouldn't take it.

It’s more than money and I was thinking even if I take it I would probs still leave in a year because I’m bored
