I’m looking for a new job and working on my resume. At my last company, I oversaw our Covid response, (policies, tracking, return to work, safety, communications, transition to hybrid, etc). I even received a bonus and letter from our ceo. Do you think this is something to include on my resume for HRBP/people experience/culture roles? Curious what’s a fair salary in MA?
