I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.
If I don't consider pay, which company is the best to go for considering work and culture(peope friendly).

If you are happy with your current firm and comfortable with your boss, ask them to start allowing you small billable work. I'd say start with somewhere between 40-60 billables a month as a proposal (which works out to 10-15 hours a week). Ask for a 90 day trial and to reevaluate the requirement and it's impact on your current duties then. Starting with your current position will give you the opportunity to show yourself as a paralegal on your resume.
Wow, interesting idea! Thank you.
Have you tried getting into a large law firm where they could offer some training?
Thanks for your comment! I have interviewed for many paralegal jobs, mostly law firms but it mostly boils down that they want experience with tracking billable hours, which I have never done even though many of the tasks assigned to me could be deemed paralegal tasks.
I am looking for legal assistant or paralegal. Interested? In house
Hi, I am searching for in-house paralegal positions. Interviewed yesterday with an insurance and risk services firm, and keeping my eyes open for other opportunities. Can we DM or email? This is my contact: jmariesanchez.va@gmail.com
Thank you
You will prob need to leave where you are to get ahead. Never stay in one place too long, to move up, you gotta move on.
