You don't need to put high school diploma. Look at the Wharton Consulting resume template.
If possible, shorten your resume to two pages, or even one if you can, and remove the high school diploma since it’s often unnecessary. Use a more specific job title to better align with the roles you’re targeting. Tailoring your resume to each job, rather than relying on a single version, is key to standing out. Tools like Jobsolv can help streamline this process and make it easier to create strong, targeted applications.
You got a good amount of certificates & experience, from what I see you didn't mention how this experience translates to money or achievements for the companies rather than doing the technical things, think you lead the IT department & drive value for the company, why would you do these things? Rephrase the past experience & any additional that you didn't have the chance to use into points that delivers value, it's fine to use ChatGPT as long as you verify the details & confirm that you can do what will be in the resume, best of luck!
Also, checkout SimplyCyber courses online, they have a course about Slef Marketing & the GRC Master Class, these will help you to market yourself as a contractor instead of full time employee, also a profile on TryHackMe with an active record would be great, good luck!
Mention the top level completed courses / learning paths under the Learning & Certificates sectionin the resume, also add a section for online profiles like LinkedIn, TryHackMe & any others interesting personal projects, if you read / listen to any Cyber security outlets would be good to mention
