I read that most companies have larger budgets for new hires then they do for internal promotion, just keep that in mind. That said, why don't you talk to your boss about it? Let it be known that you want to step up and ask to be put on a career path. Ask what you need to improve on to move up and actively work towards it. Then continue to show initiative and a willingness to improve. Best of luck OP.

In general it's less profitable to climb the ladder from within and is best to go "ONWARDS AND UPWARDS" instead making an upward move to another company every 24-48 months.

Knowing how to communicate key points quickly and learning how to boil up detailed information into actionable takeaways.

By doing something either better than someone else, doing something that someone else hadn't thought of, or simply making your boss like you more.
I would have a conversation with your manager and ask them what you need to do in order to move up. That is honestly the best way to get feedback on what you need to change or do from the person who would be recommending you for a promotion.
