Can you take tamaflu?
Rising Star
I have tried other Flu meds but I have actually not tried Tamaflu! I will have to do that!
Vicks vapor rub on chest and neck area. Ginger, turmeric, lime, cayenne pepper, honey, hot water - boil and drink. Eucalyptus oil for the nostrils if congested. Rubbing alcohol for a fever. Avoid all dairy products and caffeine. Lots of fluids. Get well soon.

Thank you!

Tamiflu helps
Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that. I will be honest, never found anything that helps with the flu at all. And I have heard this flu is really nasty. Get well soon.

Thank you so much! Yeah I feel like everyone I know has this and it's the toughest thing I've had in a while!
Outside of drugs like tamiflu I think the only things you can control are getting enough sleep, water, and good nutrition. Skip the bad habits for a few days
Rest. More fluids than you can stand. BRAT diet if it’s affecting your digestive system.
I did tamiflu when I got the flu a couple years ago and it worked quite well. I was able to get back to my routine right away. I was so exhausted though.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Hydrate. Medicate. Rest. Hot shower in the morning. More meds and liquids. Then right back to bed. Try to snuff it out quick.
I swear by emergen-c, DayQuil and NyQuil liquid caps, Vicks at night (on the chest and also feet with socks), rest, hydrate with water, Gatorade and teas. Stay away from pop. Also swear by hot peppermint tea with honey and homemade chicken noodle soup (not canned).
There's the Tamiflu route but definitely vicks on your feet with socks on. Vicks on the feet cure all
