I’m really close to submitting my application for licensure for marriage and family therapy. I have experience in both private practice and DMH community mental health. What are some smaller companies you've seen for remote telehealth therapists? The 4-5 companies l've seen online are either not providing good life-work balance for their clinicians, have allegations for over prescribing certain meds, have HIPAA violations, and/or pay is not industry standard.

I work as a 1099 for a telehealth company. It is one of the big ones. Since I am a 1099, I set my own hours and have great work life balance. Which companies have you looked at?

Deciding between a few offers that I have received/am expecting in the coming days/weeks and would love advice!

Current Salary: $80k TC

-Sr Business Analyst at major company in financial industries: $100k TC
-Sr Consultant at Big 4: $110k TC
-Sr Consultant at Boutique Firm: $125k TC

I would love to work in financial industries, but I dont know if having a Big 4 name would open more doors in future, or if $25k is too much to pass up on. Any input is appreciated :)
