I'm shocked at the lack of professionalism with reporters. I understand it's a shrinking landscape and we're all overworked and underpaid.. but I really do not understand how a reporter can reply to several emails, confirm interviews, then literally just cancel/reschedule and ghost. I'm fine with ignoring a pitch but we are talking a locked and loaded yes to never be heard from again. Has happened with multiple national outlets now. I'm done.

How long does it take post the technical interview rounds to hear back from the recruiter?

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

Im pretty extroverted, I have been told in reviews that I peak in verbal communication, and I have really loved conducting expert interviews in DDs.

Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)

Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
