Hi fishes, I attempted an interview for software engineer post at Amdocs. I cleared the first round of interview and later contacted the recruiter for the same. The recruiter replied by saying they will let me know once panel will be available.
It’s been around 2 weeks I haven’t heard from the recruiter.
Can anyone guide me and help me with the same?

One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

yep. I understand why they always say “great” and other positive things. What I don’t understand is what obstacle makes it so absolutely impossible for so many people to send an automated “you are not the one” message.
“How long do you wait before assuming you’ve been ghosted?” — this question is mostly meaningless from a practical point of view. What does “waiting” even mean here? You can assume you’ve been ghosted after three days, or you can still be hoping three months later. It shouldn’t really affect your actions. Until there’s a signed offer, you don’t wait for anything—you just keep looking.
