I’m, technically, a Jr but being paid as a Mid because I had a great mentor who believed in me. I’m now moving on to an actual Mid role but have no idea if I should ask for a higher salary because if I do, I’ll basically be asking for close to a Sr Creative’s salary. At the same time, I don’t want to seem like I can be taken advantage of or a pushover if I don’t ask for more. Any advice on how I can navigate this?

I have an offer from a start-up which I will be joining next week. Even though I got a hike more than 100% ( current tc: 6lpa, new tc:14lpa) and changed to sde role I am still not satisfied. One of the things that my ADD coach helped me with was realizing that I wasn’t prioritizing activities that help me feel recharged. Between work and home responsibilities, I was just burnt out and overwhelmed.

So now when I start to get burned out I focus on reducing auditory overwhelm, getting outside, listen to music, get comfortable, read a fun book, etc.
