I’m torn between wanting to go to the next promotion level M to SM. As a POC, there are less than five POC partners and even senior managers. I’m very supported by leadership, but worry I will miss out on life if I go to SM. I still don’t even have a partner. I don’t hate what I do. I often times feel lonely because I’m the first in my family to make it this far. One part of my head is like, go for it why would you get this far and not go further? Another is like, exit now and focus on your life
