I’m trying to remove myself from cold calling and selling all together. I’m tired of being laid off and being in toxic environments is how many working non stop through the night and even weekends to get the job done. I’ve recently started applying for CSM positions is this a good move or am I just going to find myself in the same situation? Any Advice?


I have been going on interviews and noticed 2 department heads already assume I was laid off or fired due to a 4 months gap. I explained I left my last role due to short term health issues that have been resolved. Not even sure how to respond when they assume. Any advise? Thanks!
