I’m up for a role Droga and not sure if I should take it even if I want to leave the industry?

After some time, I’ve come to realization that I don’t really want to work in advertising. But I just got offered a good role at a great shop.

My goal is to enter the music space and use what I’ve learned in strategy to better support artists and labels. I’m up for a role like that but if for some reason that does not come through, I feel like I should take this role cus it’s a good name. But idk

Hi all - Trying to pivot into Cybersecurity/Infosec after 7 + years of experience in Network Engineering. No security related certifications. I have enough work experience in network security to match 60-70% of job requirements for infosec positions. Capable to get CEH/OSCP certifications in a few months, but want to wait until I get my foot into the door before investing 2-3K on these certs. Any advice for me will be greatly appreciated.

There are so many job postings and applicants I can’t tell if they would be beneficial to show effort or just a waste of time to write with how little time I assume people are looking at applications with the mass hiring going on. For those working in house, how much “from scratch” document drafting are you doing vs. reviewing and revising “outside documents”. For example, if your company wants to enter into a joint venture company with another entity, are you drafting the company agreement “from scratch” or is it based on internal forms? Or are you getting outside counsel to do it?
