I'm working as SAP BASIS ADMIN with almost one yoe. But my salary package is very low and i want to switch to earn more. Where as i don't have infra level experience instead i worked in app and uam part. Is it possible for me to switch and earn more.

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.
