In general which home estimate values tend to be the most accurate…Realtor.com, Zillow, or Redfin the most accurate? Thinking of selling our home in the next year or so, and the estimate values are vastly different across these platforms which is kind of surprising. Obviously we’ll work with an agent when the time comes, but I was just curious. Any experience in one being better than another?

Not sure about realtor or Redfin but I’ve been working with a real estate agent to buy and they said the Zestimates are usually high.

Lol I felt the same way… 🤦🏻‍♂️

Zillow

Just perform your own comp analysis

Just filter for recently sold and see what houses in your neighborhood have been going for. Obviously the closer and more similar to your house the better. That should give you a good starting point.

Hey guys, one question. My H1B will start on Oct 1st, and I am planning to visit my home country to get H1B visa stamp. I filed my amended state tax return a year ago and did not hear from them. Does it affect my VISA or entry to the US? Or should I call them to check the status of my status tax return? Please advice

Need advice. Have some credit card debt that I’ve been working to pay off. Have made progress but want to lower it quickly. We have dual income, with a house (~$300k in equity), 1 kid and 1 on the way. I’ve looked into debt consolidation via HELOC but also have ~$80k in vested equity in my company that I haven’t touched. Get equity refreshes every year. Would it be smarter to cash out $15k-$20k of that to pay debt vs. a HELOC at ~5% given that will still require mthly payments

Buying a house with monthly expense of $4900, although my current rent is only $2350. My total HHI with my husband is about $310K. Should I just suck it up in order to be a homeowner?

My coworker did mention to the manager that they’re not being paid well for the work they do, and our manager took it personally and told them they’re ungrateful 🥲
