Got an interview request from Amazon for Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. I have been interviewed by and worked for multiple big names like Mcafee, Meta, Microsoft but never by Amazon. I’m wondering how’s their hiring process, what kind of questions and tasks are waiting for me, how many steps are there etc.

So you had at least 300 interviews in last 2 weeks? Assuming you had 1 interview in the past. Even a 30-min average, you spent 150 hours over 2 weeks over 40 work hours per week. Sounds impossible but impressive.

in the last two weeks I’ve also seen my weight go down 10 pounds does that mean the US average weight is getting 10 pounds skinnier?
I’m not saying it’s a representative sample size. I want to hear from other similar observations. Do you have a similar observation to share here? Do tell.
I’ve noticed similar, but this sort of data is lumpy. Also - we’re beginning to emerge from seasonal/cyclical lull - doesn’t mean the secular trend is up

More opportunities have come my way, but they’re all entirely too junior for me.
I definitely noticed an uptick of calls and emails between late January and February than from October of last year through December when I was applying for roles. I just accepted an offer last week. Took 5 months and 20 days in total of an aggressive job search.
Can't say I did much different these last 2 months than what I'd already been doing. I'd say beyond timing and asking people you know about about openings and those people reaching out to their networks, I'd say play around with your LinkedIn headline and top skills section (often) and list skills/keywords that recruiters will most likely type in when looking for candidates with your background. The same way you search for jobs via keywords is the same they look for candidates. Eventually something will stick and you'll start coming up in their searches and seeing more profile views. The job I got wasn't even one of the many I applied or was referred to. They messaged me on LinkedIn go figure.

While I’ve seen similar, I’ll note that all of mine seem to have stalled - not rejections, but holding patterns and foot dragging citing demand
