Probably a controversial take, but I get the frustration about AI in hiring, but this is a huge opportunity, not a setback. AI isn’t replacing human judgment, it’s removing repetitive tasks so recruiters can focus on relationships and true fit. Maybe bumps, but with smarter implementation and upskilling, AI can reduce bias, speed up hiring, and make the process more fair for everyone. What do you think?
