Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?
Anybody looking for a ticket to US open today ?

Agree you can find cheaper options. Business class would also be a great use of points. If you’re struggling to find award availability, check availability on Air Italy into Milan using BA Avios. It’s usually widely available and you can transfer credit card points to BA. Also consider flying Norwegian Premium class, which is a better product than most full service carriers’ premium economy. La Compagnie also offers cheap all business class flights from NY to Paris and Nice. You can grab another ticket from France to Venice.
Fly to Rome or Milan and take the train. Will save you a lot of $$$ and you can see a second city.
I booked JFK - Rome for my parents on Delta last year premium economy in April. It was $2k round trip total... You're getting ripped off, IMHO
Haha, I was meaning give delta a try...is that a flex?
I’d fly into Rome or Paris direct from JFK and then take a domestic like RyanAir to Venice for €50
Nope. You should be able to book a higher fare economy and upgrade for far less
Way too much. Recently booked delta first class ATL to Athens through JFK, 2 people, September for ~$6000 total.
Lol I will take a “fake” first class experience on Delta over flying American ANY day
😳😳😳 I went in Early June from Chicago a couple of years ago and it was under 1000. Abort.
Don’t go to Venice
That’s shockingly out of proportion for premium economy
Omg $2900/pp for Prem Econ AND a stop.
OMG going to Korea non stop (~12-13hours flight) on business class would cost that much. Def not worth it, save your money OP!!!
That’s a no from me
That’s absurd! What dates are you looking? I just did a quick google flights search and everything turned up < $2000 per person
Venice is typically one of the more expensive cities to fly into, but even with that this seems unusually high. Try flying into/out of another city or airport, or a different airline?
Just book bulkhead seats?
Also Milan could be much cheaper and it’s a 2.5hr train ride to Venice from there
I’m looking to go early July. I will try the options to Rome or Milan and then a cheaper airline to Venice (or the train!).
Venice is also so small it’ll be boring to not go anywhere else
I spent 3.8 k business class from Chicago to Hamburg last month (and it was last minute notice). I flew United / Lufthansa.... Do the math.
This is horrifically irrelevant
Ya’ll I did more looking. Delta partners for the summer is extremely booked. It’s crazy! American offers more options $1850 pp. Ugh so much for getting points.
Nah....Delta SkyPesos are worth ass anyways
Premium economy seats are usually $2-300 expensive than economy. So buy a economy ticket and upgrade it to premium economy
It really depends, the best time/rate to do that is during check-in.
