Hi all, I was offered 19 LPA by FIS for Lead Analyst project management in Mohali location. I have 9.5 years of experience and 3.5 years of scrum master experience. I have negotiated and asked for around 22 LPA as I’m holding another offer by accenture with 21 LPA (16.8 L fixed), Gurgaon locations . Just wanted to know how much should I expect with my experience and this role.
Does FIS consider renegotiation once offer letter is rolled out.

Can anyone shed some light on quant funds please? https://groww.in/mutual-funds/escorts-tax-plan-direct-growth
I am seeing stellar returns and extremely low expense ratios but apparently since they're quantitatively managed algorithms, they don't account for things like corona for example.

With close to 7% inflation, I’m going to have to say no

Yes it is. Most people at Deloitte get 2% if lucky
Idk what service line you were in but that was certainly not normal 2020 and before when I was there in tech. 5% minimum on a non promo
Yes it's above avg. 2-6% is norm with 7-15% on promotion unless severely undercompensated. Raises are unfortunately a terrible way to grow comp compared to changing companies. I wish it wasn't so.
No, already 20%
7% for a normal year end raise is good. 7% for a promo is beyond terrible. Especially for a tech company. I do better at EY

I think it really depends on the company that you're at.
That seems typical for most folks in big tech for non - promo raises.
Would expect closer to 20% for promo
