I was required by my company back in the heat of COVID but I’m pretty sure it was illegal to require and I think they should be sued and us compensated
I would not work for a company requiring the vaccine.
No, and no. It’s been way too long and it’s not as dangerous as it was
No. When covid started we were offered it for free, and suggested we get it but it was no mandatory. they said they would not ever require it. A few months later they changed their tune and forced everyone there to get it or get fired. I let them fire me because I will be the only one to make medical decisions about my body. Besides, I had friends who got it and said they wished they hadn't. I quit that job.
I haven't heard anything like that recently, and my company doesn't have a policy on it. I think most companies quietly did away with these kinds of requirements. I'm already vaccinated, so it wouldn't necessarily bother me, but I'm not keen on getting any kind of booster at this point.
Ours isn't and never did require us to get vaccinated. I don't think it's a big deal if they do, though, so I'd have no problem working for a company with that ereq.

Out of curiosity, why do you not think that’s a big deal? A company requiring a certain medical procedure and mandating medical care sounds like a huge red flag
Honestly as an immunocompromised person I would PREFER to work in an office that required everyone to be vaccinated.
I'm pretty sure most immunocompromised people have done a hell of a lot more research into the subject than you have. But sure, shit all over the very real concerns of the disabled community. I'd also prefer everyone wear masks in public, but I'm sure you'd laugh that off too.
I work at a hospital & it's not even required here....
