Is car insurance a scam. You can't use it it until you get into an accident. If you do use all the insurance companies will consider you high risk and raise your insurance rate by a hundred extra dollars a month. Or 40 percent every six months. And the accident doesnt go away for at least 3 years off your driving record. Personally I rather have you sue me if I hit your car. Which is better getting paid paying monthly car insurance on top of a monthly financing rate or getting sued.
