It is not necessary. But as what is mentioned by the previous comment, it is highly recommended.

Not necessarily. It could increase your chances of getting hired. But you can still apply even without it.

Nope. However, most employers prefer those who have it. If you want to have an edge, getting such a certification would be great. Good luck!

Has anyone ever done aggression training for their dog? Met with a trainer who basically wants us to either keep our dog crated or on a leash at all times and said no pets or play time for now. Our dog has been acting out ever since we brought home our newborn and also bit our groomer. Trainer has me terrified that the dog will hurt the baby but my heart is breaking that I can’t give any “love” to my dog right now. Any similar experiences or thoughts?
