Is consistently lower blood pressure problematic? Had a doctor appointment yesterday and my BP was 105/65, which is typical for me. I also have a resting heart rate around 47bpm and am typically in bradycardia. ECG, stress test, and halter monitor show no heart conditions. FWIW I have been running races and marathon training the past 2 years but am not wildly fast or fit.

Same. My sleeping heart rate got down to 43 the other day.

The doctors don’t seem terribly concerned. I do frequently get a head rush when I stand up, so I’m careful with that.

I’ve also been a runner (though a really slow one) for a very long time, so the doctors oftentimes comment on my “runners heart.”

The lowest waking heart rate I’ve had was 37bpm, but while sleeping it can go as low as 34 according to my watch. I’m getting the Oura Ring today so I’m hoping for better sleep data soon. But all test results just point to me being overall healthy.

OP, your age would be a wonderful bit of information also.

Sorry! I’m 30M.

Are you symptomafic?

Then unless your careteam is worried, I wouldn't be either. You sound like you're in pretty good shape and a better cardiovascular system goes with that, so.

Also naturally have low blood pressure, and I feel better personally when I have electrolytes, and add plenty of salt to my food. this is not medical advice, but something to discuss with your doctor. I do drink plenty of liquids to balance it out.

Mid 40s, I’m not having too much salt, I need it to keep my blood pressure up!! Sodium is a nutrient.

About to get about $10k from freelance. I have a full time job so my bills are already covered. Unsure how to split the $10k - got about $3k on credit cards to pay off, but no other debt. Should I throw the rest into savings? Buy some more stock (have a few $100 invested already)? Could do a bit of each of course but as I split it up it feels like less and less and like I'm not going to see substantial growth either way.

Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet.
