Recently, I inherited a mess of a project. During the scope stages, it became more and more apparent that effective communication hadn't been established across all key stakeholders.

I'm a firm believer that the right communication establishes a structure for effective project execution. It lays down clear project goals and objectives, leaving no room for ambiguity.

I just don’t understand why we have the illusion of “choice” if the offer is the same and it is really bad (in our case).
Going from $61 per paycheck for 2.5k deductible 75% copay to $500+ per paycheck with 500 deductible 85% copay.
