Is EY doing another round of layoffs right now?

Laid off, 10 years exp, tired of acct management. Feel so lost. Don't want to go back to agency side. What should I do? I feel like 💩

When law firms lay you off, do they always give the standard 3 months salary and 3 months on the website? I’m looking at very likely being let go I think and I’m trying to plan ahead.

Laid off at PwC. It was more of a relief than anything. Anyone have any knowledge on openings at smaller (but not necessarily boutique) firms? Human Capital / Change Management related field.

I’m a L9 consultant based out of San Francisco, California who was impacted by recent lay off at Accenture. I wanted to understand as per WARN Act California employees are to be given at least 60 days notice, however I was only given 3 weeks notice. Can I challenge this?

Thoughts on posting promotion updates on LinkedIn during this time? Being mindful of mass layoffs and the unemployment rate, do you think those who earn promotions should postpone posting the update?

I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india. So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?

Hey team! So I was laid off from my SDR position about a week ago. A couple months back, I had an offer for a BDR position that I ended up turning down but I really liked and connected with the manager. Is it worth it to reach out? I applied to other positions in the same company. What about reaching out to previous co workers at a different company? Not sure how to navigate this… please help. I was informed today that my employment would be terminated at a tier-2 consulting firm in Toronto. The reasons for my dismissal are unclear and I would like to get legal advice on the termination agreement and severance package that was offered.
