Depends on how important the money is to you. Because you’ll never get what you’re worth or deserve at the USDC.

I’m in the DC - as a manager - and I make less than 100k. Not doing anything just for money is good advice, but it’s easy to say that when you’re not grossly underpaid.
If the model works the way it’s supposed to then there are some perks. But as COVID reshapes the workforce I expect Core and other Big 4 firms to look a lot more like DCs. You’re gonna be doing to same work with the same amount of travel at a different firm, but get paid a lot more.

Core consulting at any big4 is better than Deloitte USDC. Do it. But keep in mind that you'll lose the strong network you may have which would potentially keep you from being laid off in the future.
Go for it
Every new job comes with new relations, possibilities, opportunities and challenges. Do not think about challenges.
Here is my question, if you let go of this opportunity, are you ever going to regret? Make peace with current job (seems like you are not quite happy now)?
If PWC is hiring, i would think it is either 1) A new initiative for changing circumstances or 2) an existing project which they could not fulfill with current workforce (which they are letting go). So, i think you will be safe for some time, unless serious performance issues arise (it is not a reflection of one’s skills but it is of expectations) .
Sorry jumped to a conclusion. Most consulting/professional firms, especially big 4 are in fat cutting mode in one or other name. EY also did not announce any layoffs, but so many PPs and SMs are let go (with lateral date), technically is not layoff.
