Yesterday I got a call from cognizant for the same position I have worked earlier and this time I asked (10.5 LPA fixed) if i crack the interview is it a good more or cognizant will offer the 10.5 even after knowing I'm a previous employee? Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

I was just informed that I am going to be extended an offer for AWS Proserve. What is the pay schedule for AWS… I thought she said that payday was once a month… I didn’t know if I heard this correctly.

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret).
