I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

Never
That would be the last time they would yell at me 😊 I would go any extend to make their life a living hell post that
It's not "normal" anywhere
I got yelled at more working in restaurants than I did in a decade in the Army.
Only my wife yells at me. Anyone else, especially at work - wouldn’t take it.

Raising voice is also not acceptable.
No

Normal... absolutely not! Does it happen? It sure does!
No

In the US, no. RoW, that’s different.
At Deloitte (US) my manager scheduled a lunch meeting with me in the office cafeteria. I had been having some issues on the project so I thought it would be a good chance for us to have an honest conversation about what was going wrong and how we could fix it. Instead he proceeded to yell at me about every little thing I’d done wrong, in the middle of the lunch rush in a crowded cafeteria, while dozens of my colleagues watched in awkward, stunned silence
