I think so. For me personally, depends on your environment.
I got lucky. I would have left years ago if I was on a different team, or in a different group. I came close to leaving when some really good people left, and I got put on a handful of engagements with really difficult people. But that’s starting to improve a little now.
So not sure if this will apply to your situation or not, but advice I would offer would be to ask yourself how much your job sucks because of your current client load/ immediate co-workers vs. the actual work itself. If you can shake that up and surround yourself with better people/ better environment, that might change your mindset.

What worked for me was starting the day with gratitude. Simple things like grateful for my health, family and having a job. And then also having an abundance mindset that i can get another job if my team or company is not the right fit for me.
This happened to me when I changed firms. Nothing wrong with my previous firm in general, I just hated my team and office.
I'm trying to do so. I meditate and try to put up boundaries. I also make a list of what I'm grateful for each morning. I'm managing my to do list and communicating more with my direct reports and those I report to.
I feel like it might get better. I'm giving it until the end of the year. If nothing improves I'll start to look around for a new job.
Focus on your purpose in life. A job is just a job. What are you doing with the money? Paying for kids college? Giving to worthy causes? Having a purpose for what you are doing can motivate you. That purpose can change over time. Having said that if it’s a job you hate find something more fulfilling based on your skills. People person = Sales not technical work etc.
