Is it possible to switch B4 firms as an experienced senior associate (five YOE) and find a role as a manager? Or do most firms generally want management experience?EY PwC KPMG Deloitte

I am CA FINAL student, i have done most of my internship into audit but post qualification i want to start my career into taxation( direct & international). Any suggestions or recommendation on whether any big 4 will take a fresher.

Would "odd" programming experience be considered against the AWS higher level cert requirements? Never officially been a Dev at any of my positions, but did a lot of smaller, "homegrown" projects at each, i.e. python scripts to automate certain processes.

Thinking about a pivot to AWS tech, getting the certs, just didn't want to be 'stuck' not being able to qualify for the higher level ones.

For anyone who is in the Mail order realm of Pharmacy, how is it such as pay, workload, etc. Also how did you get into the field of work?

Is it just me or are there entirely too many people in Business Services, specifically TC’s, who are just folks from client service that don’t want to deal with hours and travel anymore but have no formal training in the Business Services function they transition to? It seems to me very few TC’s are professionals in HR with any background, training or certifications in HR.

How long can you be a senior without a CPA in public? They can’t keep giving you raises so you become a six fig senior right?

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

I spend most weekends/vacation days trying to figure out my life and find a job I’ll like better. Then after awhile I convince myself that I have a good job and I’m a fool. All is well until about 3 hours into my first day back when the bs starts in again and all hell breaks loose. 🥴 Is this common? At what point do you know it’s time to leave?
