Is it rare for someone from MBB to move to big four?

How difficult would a move from Southern Europe strategy tier 2 to London strategy tier 2 be?

Considering a move into Corp Dev & Strategy at the Sr. Analyst level, with a pay cut to current comp. Is it better to target Manager level roles, or leave now?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

Does anyone who switched from consulting to product management have any recommendations of h helpful PM books, courses, or programs?

I am a Sales Support Engineer (Applications Engineer) with 2 YOE. I am thinking about making a change because my job is no longer challenging, and there isn’t much growth opportunity in my company. I love my team, but I feel like I may need to move on. I am at 70k a year and have been told time and time again that I have learned faster than anyone they have seen and am a top performer. I don’t feel like I am being compensated for that either. Any suggestions on companies and target salaries?

I have an offer from a start-up which I will be joining next week. Even though I got a hike more than 100% ( current tc: 6lpa, new tc:14lpa) and changed to sde role I am still not satisfied. Seeing all those comp posts on leetcode I felt I can be one of them. But now I am feeling left behind and not able to move on. I know I have no dev experience. But every other person is getting tc more than 25. How can I get rid of this FOMO and focus on learning and growth. Drop your advice in comments sec.

Hi everyone, I have a question about job transition. I want to transition into sales training. I have 9 YOE in sales account mgt and created some really effective trainings my office used and loved. After that I got 2 yrs in curriculum development elsewhere. 

I want to move into a sales training role that will take into consideration my sales experience? Don't want to start from scratch. What job titles should I be looking for?

Moving from a marketing role in VC (very top-down leadership) to a progressive tech company. The later has been a much more collaborative and team oriented environment and I’m struggling to know if that is normal in tech or if people aren’t staying in their lanes. Any thoughts would be helpful!

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.

Need some advice: I currently do corp dev and FP&A for a smaller company and just got an offer for about double my salary at a F200 company. The catch is I would no longer be doing corp dev, just FP&A.
