Would you ever say a male is ‘needy’ or ‘testosterone-filled’? No you would say ‘passionate’ or ‘strong-willed'
It’s very common that men leaders are being referred to as “a%%holes” and “d%cks” in hallway talks - can we just admit that? As a woman myself, I am sick and tired of women constantly looking for an excuse to pull the gender card and talk about oppression which men never get to do and in the end, my belief is that this behavior undermines us in the workplace.
I come on here everyday and there is a new “should I be offended by what xyz said?” topic.
I feel like if we have to ask the question then no you shouldn’t be offended. I’ve seen feisty used to describe plenty of guys, and I would like it if someone said that about me. Less agreeable people have been shown to be more successful, thanks for the compliment. Move on with my day and that’s that. Certainly wouldn’t dwell on it.

The word itself is gender neutral and used across gender spectrum so no. Guys can be plenty feisty.
