Hi Fishies,
Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

Seems like a no Brainer. 1 is offering double the salary with the potential for huge and fast growth, damn the name. Other is offering you an established brand, slower growth, and less money in the current. So, it comes down to, do you care about brand or care about money
My worry is that my exit options, if I want to go again in a few years might be more limited and result in less money in the long run
Jump. Reputation does not make you more comfortable in life and in a smaller structure, you have more land to play, lead and tailor your own expertise. Good luck <3
Promotion is not based on tenure only, but on the support you have and how well you sell yourself. Are you happy with the project versatility right now?
If it's on the money alone, I say jump. Your career journey is really in your hands and you can network yourself to where you want to be.
