I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.
Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

Yes it may be, not even the salary but you get to mold your title to what you want it to be. Really become apart of something special, plus you will probably care more about it. Start ups bring out passion
Go for it. You can always come back and if/when you do, you'll have new skills and a salary that could earn you more.
I mean the way you've set this up, what are you even losing? Go for it
YOLO
I'd say go for it as well, however, be forewarned: startups certainty have their own struggles. Expectations are high. You'll have to wear many hats. And getting paid on time can be a struggle.
