I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

It might take 3 more months to lock in a new job
That’s true!
Life’s short..,be happy
People over obsess about resume gaps. As long as your not a serial hopper I’ve never had issues explaining gaps or a 5 month role.
recruiters are so blood thirsty rn i don’t think a short stint even looks like you were looking, it looks like you got poached which is a compliment imo
Oof. That’s tough and I’m in a similar situation (3 mo in, v. small agency) so I’m trying to shake things up with how things a ran and change my job role to suit what I need. It seems to be working thus far. 🤞🏼
If you aren’t a prolific job hopper, you might be able to get away with being at a place for 10 months.

Job hopper is such a boomer mentality. Do what you want, life's too short.
Do what makes you happy. Your employment contract is likely at-will and the company probably wouldn’t hesitate to lay you off if they needed.
If you are unhappy, move jobs. Don't worry about resume length.
I've been at my current for 3 months (and knew a month ago it was a dumpster fire to run from). I've been applying and it really hasn't been an issue. When people ask, I tell them exactly why I'm leaving and trying to find a new place. I do genuinely want to find somewhere I can be for a while. As others have said, if you aren't a serial job hopper, you shouldn't have any trouble explaining your desire to leave at less than a year.
