Newbie trader here - I understand the theory of options but what is the best way to understand / pick an actual platform to use as the decision tool to perform the trades? Hi everyone, I work at an early stage start up that just closed our round A. I just hired a director below me, however when it was time to come up with an offer I was removed from the conversation. The CO-founders said they’d handle the actual offer amount/equity. I joined early so salary is low but I have decent equity. Not sure if they didn’t want me seeing the offer or if this is normal for early start ups.

So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.

Not sure if Im hired or not, but are there any questions about the job, comp (cont.)

I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods.
