From my perspective we are always open to hiring people with relevant skills as Experienced Hires. Would a referral help? From someone in the office or practice you are targeting absolutely. First step would be to determine what office and practice you are interested in applying for (e.g., we have a PEPI practice for PE clients) and seeing if you have anyone in your network who could connect you to someone in that office or practice. Hope this helps and good luck to you!
Thanks that’s a good point. I reached out to some of the people that I know but none are from the office I’m looking at. Thinking the PEPI practice is highest probably given background, although I’m looking to get away from PE work longer term
